When something is gender neutral, it means that it is suitable for boys and girls as one. In context of children’s items, this term means about the same as “unisex”.

In our view, gender neutrality is one of the most important aspects to consider when shopping for kids. How long does shipping take?

Seeing as we serve customers from around the world and ship from various locations, shipping speed can vary significantly. Not only can you track your package at any given time, but we also do everything in our power to get packages delivered as soon as possible. Typically, most deliveries take between 5-10 business days, but some could take longer.

Are you experiencing delays due to Covid-19?

Not only are more people ordering online, but international shipping systems are under strain due to the current pandemic. Absolutely. If a package does not arrive, or an item is damaged or faulty, you will be refunded in full. Furthermore, if an item delivered does not match up to what was described on our website, you will be refunded too. Please note that all returned items must be in their original packaging, without being worn, washed, damaged, or with any tags removed.
