Shipping Internationally

We are proud to offer international shipping services. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. check in with us to find out the current status of your country with regards to delivery.


We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Shipping Time

An order will go through 2 phases from the moment one is made:

  1. Order processing: this is the stage that an order will be prepared for shipment.
  2. Shipping: the amount of time it takes to receive your order once your order has shipped. Shipping times can vary depending on your location and shipping methods. Please check details below.

We offer free express and standard delivery, if your order reaches a certain amount. All packages have specific tracking information and can be tracked through the “My Order” section in your account, or through our Tracking Page.

We work based on estimations on the time it took for the majority of our orders to be delivered. Actual processing and shipping time may take shorter or longer, depending on order surges, and multiple other factors.

United States 10-30 Business days
Canada, Europe 10-30 Business days
Australia, New Zealand 10-30 Business days
Mexico, Central America, South America 15-30 Business days

Max delivery time – 45 business days*.

*Not including our 2-5 day processing time.

Tracking Information

You will typically receive an email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped, but sometimes tracking is not available. For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase order may be sent in separate packages.
